WOW! That was my first impression of this dryer! For years, I have searched for a dryer that was on this level of a salon dryer. I've had this style of dreyer before from another brand that didn't live up to what it promised. This dryer is all it says and more! One of the many features I love is the quiet that comes from using this dryer. I live in an apartment, so with my old noisy dryer 3 a.m. was not a good time to do your hair. This dryer is comfortable, you don't have to sit in some weird way to be completely under the dryer. It drys my hair all over, even in the back which was a problem spot for me. My hair drys in less time, but it's so soothing I stay under until the timer goes off. Yes, it has a timer! I don't think you'll find another salon quality dryer better than this and for the price! Lastly, shipping was exceptionaly fast even with standard shipping.

I received my dryer last night and couldn't wait to use it. It was fairly easy to assemble and adjust. The hood is very deep so you can set your hair on jumbo rollers and fit very comfortably underneth. The rear of the hood sort of comes out and craddles your neck so it makes it very comfortable for you to sit for your hair to dry properly. I have some what long hair and I was dry within the hour! Unlike my regular hooded dry, which would've taken at least an hour and a half.

This is the best hair dryer I have ever purchased and I have purchased a few over the years. I have very thick long hair and it would take 2 1/2 hours for me to get my hair dry and I would have to change positions to get the back . Then I tried the soft bonnet dryers and because I had to use large rollers only one side would dry at a time , but this dryer was so easy to put together and when I got under it , I fit with no problem with room!!! I couldn't beleive it and the best part my hair was dry in 50 minutes and it was soft, and it was so low noise , my son asked me twice if it was on. I have been looking so long for a dryer that would give me the same salon look and I have found it.
I would buy this dryer over and over again , I am very happy with my purchase.

I purchased this product 15 months ago for my personal use, weekly deep treatments and occassional dryer use, not more than 5 or 6 times per month total. Today, the item would not turn on! I tried all the knobs, other electrical outlets, etc. I called the Seller today and found out they offer no warranty on this item. Other than this, I loved the product and was deeply disappointed that my $100, slightly used dryer was only good for a year, now to be thrown out in the trash. =(

Everything on this dryer is made of good quality materials. The bar that the dryer rests on is heavy duty aluminum. Also, the visor is a great addition so you don't have to bend to remove your head from the dryer. The bell that chimes when the dryer finishes scares the mess out of you until you become accustomed to the dryer. My hair finishes drying in no time when I use this dryer. I love the temperature setting dial, because it is great for those who are trying to monitor the amount of heat one places on the hair. The middle dial controls the fan and how much wind you need to dry your hair, and the last dial controls the time....up to a hour before the timer will alarm. My only complaint was putting it together because the instructions are not very clear, and it took my boyfriend at least 20 minutes to figure things out and put the dryer together. However, I absolutely LOVE this dryer and would never go back to those cheap table top dryers!
