While it doesn't really do what it claims (I wouldn't recommend using it on damp hair AT ALL) it's still one of the best curling irons I've found for dry hair.
The iron heats up fast, curls well without any snagging, and leaves my hair shiny and without that 'cooked' look my extremely bleach-damaged hair tends to get.
I bought my first one at Marshall's, and went online to seek out the same item in another size because I loved it so much.

I love this curling iron.it does make great curls.However it does not curl wet hair or dry the hair and then curl like it claimed.

I really wanted the smaller curling iron. But this size seems ok. It heats so fast--that by the time you put volumizing tonic on your hair it is hot.

The curling iron does the job wonderfully. I haven't tried it on my wet hair as yet though, but on dry hair to does well. It is lightweight and easy to maneuver. When I took it out of the box, I was a bit worried that there was no metal stand to prop it up. The stand that is built in on it does the job well and so my worries were soon over.
