Bought exclusively for daughter's use (she has beautiful ethnic fine wavy hair). However I will not allow my daughter to use any heat application I apply to her hair unless it is done by me. Since, she has been wanting to become more independent w/hair (15 yrs old) I felt this blow-dryer would be a great start; unfortunately when I used this on her hair it failed to provide "the straighter look". It dried quickly, but w/a dry, thick, and wavy result : ( (ps. spray on heat protector and straightening spray was used as well). I am contacting amazon to return and will continue to use the blow dryer I have had for years. (I was truly looking for a great dryer in this shape for her to easily maneuver)

It works really well , dries hair fast and also makes it a bit straight!! I would definitely recommend this dryer to friends and family.

I'd recommend this product due to it has 3 different attachments. 2 combs (one fine tooth & 1 large tooth) & 1 brush. Their are 3 females in my household and we all use a different attachment. I also like the various heat settings and the product was affordable and almost as good as the blow dryers used in the salons.
