Did not even plug it in. Ordered for a RV and it was too large for the spot. Seller needs to put dimensions in descriptions. Ordered another one and it was too large also...had to send back. Nice looking.

Bought and installed for my wife after the last portable hairdryer became a nuisance and was always in the way. It was easy to mount and is located conveniently out of the way. We are very happy with this product.

The cord is too short and too stiff. The dryer didn't snap into the holder like it should so I had to put a strip of felt tape in there to secure it. I would have returned it but I am too lazy and didn't want to pay the postage.

Nice item, it served our needs. We bought two hairdryers on 10/2012, one for each bathroom for our condominium in Maui at Kamaole Sands Resort, which we rent in daily bases to vacationers. Hope they will be durable to serve our guests needs. However, it would have been nice the LED light to have a light sensor to shutoff at daylight. This is the only reason for which we gave it four starts.

We had a Andis prior to this Jerdon, and the Jerdon is much nicer in a feel areas. First, the mounting on the Jerdon is actually a metal bracket that allows you to use drywall anchors with various size screw heads, The Andis you had to use the small head screws that were supplied with the Andis which limited to the type of drywall anchor that can be used. Second, the nightlight on the Jerdon has a switch so you can turn it off, the Andis did not have that feature. Third, the Jerdon is quieter than the Andis and seems to move more air. One minor issue with the Jerdon is the coiled cord is short, but a two second quick stretch resolved that problem. The Andis lasted just over a year and then it failed, hopefully the Jerdon will last longer, based upon initial quality I'm optimistic that it'll surpass the Andis.
