I love this hair dryer! It works just as good as my mom's CHI hair dryer. It drys my long thick hair way faster than my old hair dryer. I also like that it has a pretty long cord so I don't have to strike any weird poses to dry my hair. I think the previous reviewer must have gotten a defective hair dryer because, I love mine!

Completely satisfied, I could not believe that 10 MINUTES was cut off from my morning routine. Took only four minutes to blow dry my hair, it's shoulder length and according to my hair dresser tends to hold water. Would highly recommend the dryer for anyone that wants TIME for that extra cup of coffee!

I purchased this product to replace my Conair Ion Shine (1875 Watt). Unlike my old Conair dryer, I find ths product dries my thick hair a lot quicker and the attachments do not fall off. I love that the cord is longer. I think it is more quiet, but you will definately hear when it is on. It is a little heavier than the Conair but I did not find this problematic. The controlls are easy to use. Upon the intial use, I did notice a strong mechanical odor that has since disippated with ongoing use. I am please with this product and would recommend it.
