I have used this type of Hot Tool before and it lasted a very long time, so when it was time to buy another one I didn't think twice. It was fine the first couple of days the it started to smell like it was burning. It would shut off and not turn back on for 10 minutes. Now it only turns on low and when turned on high it blows cold air. Very dissatisfied. I'm pretty sure it's not the company I just think I got a defected one.
