I like the mirror but ordered nickel finish and got chrome the mirror works great but doesn't match my bathroom

I was concerned about the hard wire aspect of this mirror but that turned out easy to install. Just find a place where you can easily fish the electrical connections to an exiting outlet ( I mounted mine eye level directly above a counter level outlet at the bathroom sink). If you have to go thru 2x4's its probably not a good idea to get the hard wire unit. For me the whole installation took about a half an hour and it looks professionally installed with no wires showing. The unit works great and the amount of light and magnification is just right (believe me, your pores don't need to be revealed any more than 3X).
