Discount Jungle is awesome to do business with, excellent customer care. I was having difficulty with my new hair dryer and returned it. They called me and explained the problem having to use a little "elbow grease" to get the nozzle to fit. They would give me a refund if I wanted, but instead I asked them to return it to me. Hair gets caught in the nozzle. It drys the hair fast with moderate heat which I like. It's light weight. The cord is a little on the short side but workable. I'm not bummed I bought it but knowing what I know now I may not have. Great for home use. Maybe not the best for a professional.

Great investment and its superb for thick hair. Cuts drying time by half. Speed & heat adjustments take a while to get used to as its very powerful. I normally use the medium setting. Overall, a good salon quality investment!

This is my second Elchim and I love it as much as the first. Lightweight and dries my long, thick hair in half the time of a regular hair dryer. Highly recommend!

I already had the chance to see the Elchim Davinci (but in black) in action and experience it's fabulous work. And when the time came, that I needed one, it was out of a question, that I would buy one. It has so many good features. First the cord, it is so long, you can stay in front of the mirror even if the power outlet is not even close to it. I had different others in my life and one of the biggest problems was always the to short power cord. Another feature I love is 3 temperatures and the 2 power features. And one of the BIGGEST plus is that it does not suck your hair and rip it off your head (it has multi-layer filters where it sucks the air in).

BOTTOM LINE: It may cost a bit more, but it comes from a company who does hair dryers since over 50 years and knows how to do it!! Would always recommend it to friends.
