A power bomb that is!. This little dryer is power and heat wrapped in a small package. The dryer is well balanced with the weight in the body of the dryer. I am a nozel holder,so with the weight in the body of the dryer and not in the handle it is very comfortable to use. The dryer is will insulated for heat and noise. This is a gem if you do a lot of Brazilian Blowouts! The parlux 3800 is well worth the price. The only draw back is the cord is a little on the short side for a pro dryer.Not a deal breaker though.

Dryer does not perform as well as my T3. Even though the air output on high is like being in a wind tunnel, it does not dry my hair any faster. Should have purchased another T3 and saved some money.

Good hairdryer. I got tired of purchasing a new Revlon/Conair dryer every year to 18months at my local discount department store. So I bit the bullet and purcahsed a proferssional grade dryer. This is a good dryer, fast, hot, not too heavy. Cut down my drying time at least 5 minutes maybe even 10. But really, too expensive. I will update in a year or sooner if necessary about continued use. I agree with previous comment regarding buttons in a strange area, but after two uses I have learned to compensate and it is not an issue for me. Also, the attachments work well and do not fall off like cheaper dryers.
