I have thick, long, curly hair and this dryer dries my hair faster than other dryers and leaves it smoother and silkier. It even smoothes out my hair if I use it on dry hair. Expensive but worth the cost. I was a little disappointed in how Amazon packed it but that's not Elchim's fault.
