I had a professional come to install this dryer and it was missing parts, scews, INSTRUCTIONS, and the arms do not move as easily as they should. A total waste if money & I want a refund!!! ZERO Stars

The dryer was not packaged well and had scratches and marks all over the swing arm. Silver coverings are cheap, thin bubbly plastic. For the price the dryer works ok but deft looks used. A bit let down. :(
