I've had this blowdryer since 2002. I used to use it once every 3 months or so to blow out my hair for a trim. When my hairdresser would use it, I noticed it would dry my hair faster and smoother. I was able to buy it thru her at discounted price of $100. At the time, I thought it was a lot of money, but I am happy to see that my money was well spent. Over the years it has gone up in price, but I believe it is still worth every penny. Be sure to clean the filter when it gathers lint to increase longevity. I wear my hair curly most of the time so I don't use it that much, but I still wanted to post this review to attest to the quality of this product.
