This is a salon-quality blow-dryer. I have very thick, long hair and it cuts a lot of time out of my morning routine due to it's speed. It's also very sturdy and well-made and has survived a lot of my abuse, including dropping it onto a marble floor (not even a scratch!) I've been using it for about three years now and it is still going strong. I would highly recommend!

This was for my wife, who is a hair stylist. A co-worker at her previous salon had one of these and she really liked it, so much so that she decided she just had to have one for herself, and after using it for a while, she says it's just the best.So, what's good about it?
Very lightweight, for starters. When you spend a lot of time with a blow dryer in your hand, that's important, especially if you're short (5'2") like my wife. She has to raise her arm a lot higher to blow dry hair than a person who is, say, 5'6", would.
Second, it's very powerful, which minimizes the time spent with blow dryer in hand.
Spending a lot of time with heavy tools tends to leave her shoulders sore at the end of the day, so this dryer really helps with that.
Finally, she loves the color :-)
