Review of Yuko Kokoro G Treatment 24.7oz

I got this a while ago and did not open to use it until months later, cause I need to finish my old bottle. Anyway, whatever inside was some unknown stuffs and caused damage to my hair, I did not pay attention until after couple uses. I asked the company for refund and they refused! Now the whole thing went to trash and waisted all the money. Will never buy again for these items! So my advise, Do Not Buy from here!

i've always purchased yuko products from my salon but thought i would take a chance on amazon for a cheaper price. my shipment arrived today and the treatment was open and flooded all over the box coating my other item as well. normally yuko products are cellophane wrapped (the shampoo in the same box was) so why was this "new" product not wrapped? how do i know that this was even the correct product and not filled with something else? i did reorder a replacement with a refund from amazon for the damaged product but I am tempted to take it to my salon to compare with what my stylist is using to be sure it is the right stuff.
